Families Are Forever

We are a proud Latter Day Saint family. We know that families are forever and that gives us comfort!

I've told the story lots of times. I got to the church on my wedding day and climbed the stairs into the small white church. It was rather full with our families waiting anxiously. As my bridesmaids walked down the isle I began to get more nervous. It was finally my turn. As my father and I entered the doorway to walk down the isle I saw my groom enter the front of the church from a side door. As I began to walk toward him he bolted out the side door! What now? My dad squeezed my hand and whispered "keep going". Luckily Shane reappeared as I finished my walk and we continued on. He was nervous and needed a moment. Sure am glad he hadn't changed his mind!

This month marks our 15th year together and we will celebrate our 13th wedding anniversary at the end of the month. It has also already been 6 months since we were sealed for time and eternity in the temple. What a wonderful month of celebrating and counting our many blessings. Can anyone guess who the baby faced kid is in the picture?
We are also eager to set a date to finally take the children to the temple to be sealed as a family.

Strange...because, every time Shane enters a room that I'm in, I turn around and leave!!!

Wow, you've been married a long time! Congratulations kids!!!
