We are really hoping to move. After many late night conversations and much prayer, Shane and I have decided that it would be best for our children if we move into a different school district. We are currently attempting to purge our home and do some cosmetic fixes to our home to prepare to put it on the market. I am nervous about trying to sell in such an uncertain housing market. We are trying to be realistic and keep in mind that the planets may not align for this. Our next dilemma is whether to build or buy an existing home. We are waiting to hear back from the builder of our choice with an estimate on the floor plan/options we chose. It sure would be nice to be able to build and get the floor plan that works best for our family. It would be overwhelming to pick every detail though. The first time I was in a home with a Morning Room/Breakfast Room I fell in love. It would fit our lifestyle perfectly. And a Family Entry/Mud Room sure would be nice too!
