SPRING Some may think of tulips popping up, weather warming up, sunny days......... BUT if you happen to have a small horse in your home you think the foot bowl. Perhaps you don't know what that is. When you have a dog with six inch wide feet, all of the squishy mud from the wonderful spring thaw ends up in between their toes. Otis really enjoys sprinting around the yard in the afternoon. Unfortunately the ground is so soft from the thaw and the rain that mud is unavoidable.

Each time I let him back in I have to fill a bowl with warm water and submerge his feet to get all of the mud out from between his toes. Then I wipe them with a towel. Needless to say I am looking forward to solid ground!
