On my last day of work I was surprised with a pizza lunch, cake, flowers, cards.... it was great to know that my staff will miss me! The people that worked for me were NOT the problem and I will miss them dearly. And my "work husband" wrote me this poem that I will treasure:

How do you say goodbye to a friend
someone you may never see again?
Do you smile and just say goodbye
or do you hug them or do you cry?
Do you tell them you'll miss them so
or keep it inside, I just don't know.
So know that I'll miss you
I'll try not to cry
If you want to I'll hug you
But I won't say goodbye
Instead I'll say 'till we meet again
So know that I love when I call you friend.

And then there is my favorite guy that came to see me each day. He takes care of his wife who has full blown Alzheimer's and he takes care of her himself. I love you both Carm and Rose! Carm is in his 80's and he MADE these wind ornaments for me. I will treasure them.
